About Us

The Cadwallader family have been experts in refrigerated transport for over half a century. The Cadwallader family established themselves as one of the UK’s leading transport companies in the 1950’s and have been growing ever since.

Today’s Cadwallader Ltd, led by John and David Cadwallader, has evolved to specialise in the sales and hire of both new and used trailers – with an emphasis on commercial vehicle rental, box vans and curtain-siders.

Having been in the demanding food transport business themselves, Cadwalladers understand the importance of reliable equipment and 24 hour, seven days a week support. And this is what you get from the Cadwallader team.

But that's only part of the picture. The team also offer:
•    New trailer sales
•    Used trailer sales
•    Trailer hire (from 1 day to 10 years!)
•    Trailer parts
•    Trailer maintenance (including MOTs)
•    Trailer repair and refurbishment.
•    Trailer storage
